8. AUTHORIZATION AND OTP CONSENT
8.1 You authorize the Company to act on your behalf for service execution.
8.2 By sharing OTP, you provide explicit consent for:
• Authentication
• Registration
• Application submission
8.3 OTP usage:
• Is strictly non-financial
• Is used only for authorized purposes
• Is not stored
8.4 The Company does not:
• Request banking OTP
• Store OTP, passwords, or login credentials
8.5 You agree to share OTP only via Official Communication Channels.
9. FEES AND PAYMENT
9.1 Fees will be communicated prior to payment.
9.2 Fees may include:

13. THIRD-PARTY AND GOVERNMENT DEPENDENCY
13.1 The Company is not responsible for:
• Government delays
• Third-party system failures
14. DOCUMENT HANDLING
14.1 You grant permission to use submitted documents for service execution.
14.2 The Company is not liable for:
• False or invalid documents
15. DATA PROTECTION

16. CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND

17. CLIENT DELAY AND ABANDONMENT
17.1 If the Client fails to respond for 30 days, the service may be considered abandoned.
17.2 In such cases:

• No refund shall be applicable
• Re-initiation may require additional charges
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
18.1 Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service.
